A car crashed into a lamp post in Leyland after it had eggs thrown at it.
Police say the offender was on a footpath close to Leyprint, Leyland Lane, as he threw eggs at the passing car at 11.15pm on Friday.

Officers say the driver reacted by swerving his car to the left, mounting the kerb and crashing into a lamp post causing damage to the front of the car.

Police say a white male in a dark tracksuit with white markings on the tracksuit top was seen running off from the scene.
