Two men were dragged from their car by violent carjackers as they chatted to friends on a car park.
The two 18-year-olds were sat in their silver Peugeot 106 on a car park on Churchill Way Leyland close to McDonald's at 12.45am on Thursday.

As they spoke to some friends parked up on the car park three men pulled in front of them in a second silA
DVERTISEMENTver Peugeot 106.
Two of the men approached the teenagers and started talking to them but then demanded they got out of the car.

When the victims refused the men went to either side of the car opened the doors and started punching them as their horrified friends watched.
They then dragged them from the car and pulled them away before jumping in and stealing it, driving off with the other Peugeot.

One of the victims alerted police from his mobile and the car was recovered in Penwortham two hours later.

Det Sgt John Cass, of Leyland CID, said: "The men suffered minor injuries but it must have been a very frightening ordeal for them. If there was anyone else in the area at that time that saw the incident taking place or saw two vehicles driving together to contact us."
Three men have been arrested on suspicion on robbery and are being quizzed on Thursday.

Anyone with information should call 0845 1 253545 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
