Arley Homes has started work on the third phase of its hugely popular Duxbury Manor development in Chorley, with construction beginning on a private and exclusive collection of 13 homes with gated entry.
Accessed by individual security fob, the gated area of the Duxbury Manor development will provide homeowners with additional peace of mind and privacy, while still benefiting from the communal spaces around this award-winning site.
The three-bedroom Oxford, four-bedroom Ashbourne, Appleton and Prestbury, and five-bedroom Waverton, Harbury and Grantham housetypes, will all feature in the gated development, providing buyers with a choice of size and internal layouts.
Properties in the gated development have been released for sale, starting from £227,500 for the three-bedroom Oxford detached with integral garage, to £390,000 for a 2,087 sq ft, five-bedroom Harbury detached with double garage.
John Cosgrave, managing director of Arley Homes, said: “The launch of this gated development marks another new phase of construction at Duxbury Manor. Built to Arley’s high standards and specification, the 13 exclusive homes combine luxury family living with added security and privacy.
“We’ve already seen significant interest from potential buyers and have had a number of enquiries about the gated development, including some older buyers and young families for whom the added security is a bonus.”
More than 150 people have pre-registered for information about the gated development on the Arley Homes website and will now receive a copy of the brochure which is released this week. Interested parties are also invited to visit the Duxbury Manor showhomes and meet sales advisor Helen Britton, and view plans of the new properties.
