Since opening for business 12 weeks ago, Easy Home Lets’ Sue Potter and Charlotte Forrest have been working very hard giving a personal service to their customers, and their figures speak for themselves.

In the past 12 weeks they have managed to let 39 properties, the majority of those being fully managed with Rent Protection and some being Tenant Find only.

They currently also have 12 new properties available for let on their books and taking new properties on daily.

They said: “We take a lot of time and care with our property descriptions and photographs and due to the fact we are open on weekends and work some late evenings and obviously go out of our way to fit viewings and appointments in, our properties are soon snapped up.

“A lot of our properties have come on recommendation from our landlords as they are very pleased with our personal service.”

Their shop can be found on the busy high street in Coppull amongst a parade of shops, in between the Royal Bank of Scotland and the Post Office.

Their fresh and personal approach to lettings is highlighted from their easily accessible website and their white, pink and turquoise crisp boards with ‘sorry it’s gone slips’ which are appearing throughout the area.
