Thousands of people flocked to Worden Park last night for the annual bonfire and firework spectacular.
Fairground rides, food stalls and music from the Bee radio station also added to the fun at the Leyland park.
It was organised by the Leyland Round Table, which has been putting on the popular event for around 40 years.
It’s low on members at the moment and may not be able to carry on next year, so volunteers used the opportunity last night to hand out leaflets to men aged between 18 and 45 who may be interested in joining.
They’re having a recruitment drive at the Wellington Park Hotel in Church Road, Leyland, next Thursday, November 14, at 8pm.
