New Wallace and Grommit Thrill-O-Matic ride at Blackpool Pleasure Beach
Your chance to take a preview ride on the official Wallace & Gromit ride
Preston’s favourite sons Wallace & Gromit have got their preview ride tickets – now it’s time to get yours!
The dynamic duo have arrived at Blackpool Pleasure Beach and cannot wait for the opening of their new Thrill-O-Matic ride, which officially opens in April.
But before then the Great British characters are offering fans the chance to experience Thrill-O-Matic before the £5.25m ride opens.
Throughout March there will be a number of chances to step aboard Wallace’s iconic slippers and take a trip around the duo’s adventurues from A Grand Day Out to A Matter of Loaf and Death.
Along the way riders will come face to face with Wallace & Gromit’s escapades and meet some of their friendly – and not-so friendly – co-characters! You can grab your Preview Ride Tickets for Thrill-O-Matic now online in advance at www.blackpoolpleasurebeach.com.
For £10 you will be able to ride Thrill-O-Matic on a selection of dates and receive an exclusive certificate signed by Wallace & Gromit as a momento of your crackin’ day out.
All riders will get the chance to meet the Wallace & Gromit characters. Riders will be notified of the preview dates by e-mail when they are announced next month.
Amanda Thompson OBE, managing director of Blackpool Pleasure Beach, said: “Wallace & Gromit are firm favourites for the family and we cannot wait for Thrill-O-Matic to open soon.
“The Preview Ride Tickets are the perfect opportunity to get an early look at our fantastic new ride, meet the characters and get your hands of a fabulous certificate signed by Wallace and Gromit themsleves!”
