A new Indian takeaway specialising in healthy-eating is getting rave reviews from the public.
Shiraz Miah has recently opened Thindian in Leyland town centre, after the new takeaway was built in the place of the former Shadh takeaway on Chapel Brow.
Shiraz, who took over the business three years ago when insurance negotiations were still ongoing after a sewer collapsed below the last takeaway, has worked in restaurants for around 10 years, but this is his first venture into running his own establishment.
“It’s going really well,” he said. “It’s a hard message to sell, that these meals can be healthier, but we’ve taken out the oils and salt and people are really loving it.”
Visitors have also been taking to Thindian’s Facebook page to offer high praise, with one man saying the food and service was ‘10 out of 10’.
