High Sheriff full of praise for young women’s efforts

A dedicated volunteer and young carer have been recognised for their efforts by the High Sheriff of Lancashire.

Stephanie Tomlinson, 21, and Jasmine Peach, 17, were both nominated for the prize of Young Citizen of the Year 2013.

Although they did not win, they were both commended at an awards ceremony held last Tuesday in Preston.
