Police were called to the scene

Police have closed off two roads in Leyland following an incident.

Officers have been called to a property in the Mendip Road area of the town to deal with a “police incident.”

A spokesman for Lancashire Police said that Mendip Road and Hunters Road had been closed for “safety reasons”.

Police attended the scene at 10am on Friday and the roads were closed soon after.
