There’s still time to enter our amazing competition to win your school a personal visit from Father Christmas.
To celebrate the Chorley Guardian’s 140th anniversary, we’ve joined forces with our friends at Botany Bay to offer an unbelievable prize.
We’re giving one primary school the chance to win their very own personal visit from Father Christmas.
Botany Bay is famous for its Christmas floor, which is the inspiration for our unique competition.
We’re throwing down the gauntlet to our region’s primary schoolchildren to create a poster on the theme of 1871 – the year that the Guardian was launched.
Santa has agreed to take a short break from his preparations for the busiest night of the year to bring some festive cheer to one lucky school.
The best posters will even be displayed at Botany Bay.
- The closing date for entries is November 30, and normal Guardian rules apply.
Entries should be sent to 1871 poster competition; c/o Jon Cunliffe, operations manager, Botany Bay, Canal Mill, Botany Brow, Chorley, Lancashire PR6 9AF.
The posters can’t be returned.
