A LEYLAND firm is the new short sponsor for Super League giants Wigan Warriors for the 2012 season.

Pavertec is based on Centurion Way, and its name will go on the left rear of the club’s home and away shorts.

The company supplies a wide range of operated and self-drive road surfacing equipment, along with surfacing team hire, to surfacing contractors, councils and civil engineering companies.

The company’s reputation has been built up on top quality workmanship, well-maintained and well-presented equipment and a friendly personal service.

Sales director Geoff Warburton said: “We are pleased to welcome Pavertec as a new club partner and look forward to seeing the management and staff at the DW Stadium throughout the season.

“We are always delighted to be able to attract new companies to join us, and we look forward to a successful year ahead for both parties.”
