Chorley Panthers almost made it a clean sweep of results at the weekend with only the U10 team losing in St Helens.

They can take plenty from their 36-6 defeat by Clock Face as the coaches award went to Joseph Heaton and Lauren Woods continued to improve to get the best effort award.

The top tackler title was given to Jason Holland and Jack Kindred won man of the match.

The U9 side came out eventual winners 24-20 against Widnes Moorfield.

The coaches award went to Robert Langford, top tackler to Ben Evans and player of the match was given to Rebecca Greenfield.

Chorley Panthers U11 side were comfortable 6-20 winners over Shevington.

Man of the match Adam Jones' penetrative runs saw him score two tries and further points were scored by Harry Swarbrick (twice) and Jack Gray.

Best effort was given to Hackan Cimen and Joshua Blacklidge was given the top tackler trophy.

The U14 side beat Warrington 18-6 over Crosfield.

James Bowden grabbed a hat-trick of tries with Ben Jones converting them all.
