Toes will be tapping at The Charter Theatre at Preston Guild Hall later this month, with the arrival of the musical Me and My Girl.
The Preston Musical Comedy Society production tells the story of Lambeth costermonger, Bill Snibson, who learns he is the Earl of Hareford.
His new aristocratic relations attempt to educate him in the ways of the gentry and separate him from his Cockney girlfriend – resulting in chaos of the comical kind.
Expect witty one-liners and songs including The Lambeth Walk.
The show runs from Tuesday, September 17 to Saturday, September 21, with performances at 7.30pm and a 2.30pm Saturday matinee.
Tickets cost £15 for adults (£10 for Tuesday and the matinee) and £10 for children, with £3 off for concessions.
A family ticket costs £45.
