Lancaster’s very own leopard suited funnyman Kriss Foster joins forces with the comic who won the Edinburgh Fringe award for funniest joke at The Dukes next month.

Kriss is known for comedy songs whose subject matters range from Vimto and trains to service stations and the seaside.

Following a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival last summer, Kriss brings his performance back to his home town and, accompanied by friend Mr Ferris, presents a show full of stories, interesting instruments and trinkets.

Another hit at last year’s Fringe was Rob Auton whose Sky Show completes the Comedy Double Bill on Saturday, February 22.

This show is about the sky and the things in it: clouds, birds, weather etc and is performed by the man whose joke about Cadbury’s releasing a Chinese Wispa won the Dave Funniest Joke of the Edinburgh Fringe 2013.

Tickets for these two Edinburgh Fringe shows for the price of one, are £10/£8 concessions(includes £1 per ticket fee when booking online). To book, ring The Dukes Box Office on 01524 598500 or visit www.dukes-lancaster.org.

The Dukes new comedy season, which is recommended for anyone aged 16 plus, also includes: Robin And Josie’s Shambles (January 30); Stuart Maconie (February 28) and Andy Kirkpatrick(April 5).
