Approximately two years.
3 What have you done to the house since moving into the property?
I’ve cleaned all the garden area up and decorated all the rooms.
I’ve put new flooring in the dining room.
4 Why are you selling?
I’m selling the house to be nearer to Blackpool for my daughter who goes to Blackpool gymnastics otherwise I would be staying where I am.
It costs too much to get to Blackpool where I travel six days a week.
5 What is your favourite room and why?
The living room and all the space where my daughter loves to practise her gymnastics, and the garden.
6 What will you miss most about moving?
I’ll miss the area.
It’s close to the shops and mother and dad who live round the corner and my sisters.
I’ll miss being able to walk down to Ashton Park.
7 How close are the amenities?
They are very close.
We go to the carvery once a week which is just around the corner. Tesco is just around the corner.
It’s ideal for everything.
8 To whom would this property be best suited?
The home would be lovely for a family because of its three bedrooms and lovely garden, all the shops, schools and carvery.
