William Gavin Brown, 35, of NFA, was given a conditional discharge by Preston magistrates for six months for being drunk and disorderly in public.

Jason Allen, 45, of The Martindales, Clayton Le Woods, was fined £330 by Preston magistrates for dropping a cigarette. He also had to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. The offence happened in Church Street, Blackburn, on November 15.
Susan Stewart, 49, of Bury Lane, Withnell, was fined £220 by Preston magistrates for dropping a cigarette. She also had to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. The offence happened in Richmond Terrace, Blackburn, on November 11.
Lauryn Elaine Buck, 28, of Westfields, Croston, was fined £80 by Chorley magistrates for driving without valid insurance. She also had to pay £85 court costs and £30 victim surcharge. Her record was endorsed with six points. The offence happened in Moss Lane, Burscough, on December 16.
Gareth Andrew Mason, 27, of Great Meadow, Chorley, was given a curfew with a drug rehabilitation requirement for assaulting a woman and for stealing a remote control worth £190. Preston magistrates also ordered him to pay £190 compensation, £85 court costs and £85 victim surcharge. The assault happened on May 1 and the theft happened in Moor Road, Chorley, on April 18.
Miles Richardson, 22, of Boundary Street, Leyland, was fined £440 by Preston magistrates for travelling on a train without making a payment. He had to pay £150 court costs, £3.80 compensation and £44 victim surcharge. The offence happened at Leyland station on February 15.
