Michael Bowtell, 26, of Farington Avenue, Leyland, was fined £660 by Chorley magistrates for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He also had to pay £85 court costs and his licence was endorsed with six points.

Craig Unsworth, 22, of Rangletts Avenue, Chorley, was fined £120 by Chorley magistrates for driving without a valid licence and insurance. He also had to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. He was disqualified from driving for six months and his record was endorsed with six points. The offence happened on April 14 in Moor Road, Chorley.

Shaun Eccleston, 19, of St James Gardens, Leyland, appeared at Chorley Magistrates’ Court for speeding and driving without due care and attention. He was fined £133 and had to pay £85 court costs and £30 victim surcharge. He was also given five penalty points on his licence.

The offence happened in Ringway, Preston, on February 4.

Paul Anthony Walker, 41, of Railway Road, Adlington, was fined £440 by Chorley magistrates for driving without due care and attention. He also had to pay £44 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

The offence happened in Market Street, Adlington, on March 1.
