Jamie John Steed, 27, of Longfield Avenue, Coppull, Chorley, appeared at Chorley Magistrates’ Court charged with two counts of driving without a valid licence and insurance. He faced a fine of £290, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points. The offences occurred in Foxhole Road, Chorley, on June 5 and Pilling Lane, Chorley, on May 10.
