Police have raided a string of homes as part of an investigation into the supply of heroin and cocaine in Lancashire.
Three people have been charged and one bailed following the warrants at addresses on New Hall Lane, Lawson Street, Gamull Lane in Ribbleton and Cotty Brook Close, Lea, on Tuesday.
Police said a “substantial amount” of drugs and cash were recovered from the addresses.
A 17-year-old Preston boy who cannot be named for legal reasons was charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin.
Wayne Small, 46, of New Hall Lane was also charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin.
James Wilkinson, 26, of Cotty Brook Close faces the same charge.
All three will appear before Preston Crown Court on November 24.
A spokesman said the arrests were made as part of an ongoing probe into the alleged supply of class A drugs and forms part of Operation Nemesis, aimed at tackling drug and gang related activity in the county.
A 44 year old man was also arrested on suspicion of possession of heroin with intent to supply and has been released on bail until December 17 pending further enquiries.
