A man who urinated in a colleague’s drinking water after she spurned his advances has had his sentence hearing delayed.
Marc Wroe, 44, of Lostock View, Lostock Hall, launched a seven-year campaign of harassment against a colleague he fancied and was spotted relieving himself in the bottle of sparkling water his victim kept at her desk.
He admitted a charge of harassment without violence in a hearing at Preston Magistrates’ Court in June, after telling police it was “in revenge” for his affections being rejected.
In 2007, the victim, a mum-of-one who works at distribution company Tom Parker Ltd on Marsh Lane, Preston, started receiving emails from Wroe, who had worked there since 2001.
He has appeared at Preston Magistrates Court twice since his guilty plea but the court has delayed his sentence.
He will now appear on September 24.
