More than 100 former Leyland Motors workers reunited in the town recently.
The special reunion event, for engineers as well as sales and marketing workers, attracted around 140 former colleagues to reminisce about old times.
It was held at the British Commercial Vehicle Museum in King Street, Leyland.
Museum manager Keith Moyes said: “The old work friends enjoyed food and drink from our cafe during the afternoon, and saw many people they hadn’t seen for years – or even met before.
“It was a very good turnout.”
