After five mins Brig found their feet and began to play on a difficult, boggy surface.

Brig responded well and new signing Taylor tapped the ball home in the box.
Just after the hour mark Brig took the lead as Clark scored from close range.
Into the second half and Brig kept the ball well and played intricately on the muddy pitch, skipper Kay was exceptional and controlled the midfield, winning the duel against Warren Beattie.
