It’s rock, roll and sausages all the way at Walmer Bridge Village Hall’s 40th anniversary today and tomorrow.

A licensed bar will serve cask ale from 7pm-midnight, and Cubbins Fun Fair is on from 5pm-9pm.

Saturday will be even busier, with local musicians playing in the hall from 1pm until 5pm, with a licensed bar serving cask ales.

There will also be a car boot sale on the field, a dog show (bring your dogs to take part in more than 20 classes), a dog agility display, birds of prey, all the fun of the fair and much, much more.

From 8pm until midnight in the hall there will be a ceilidh with the famous Gallimaufry band offering song and dance. There will be a licensed bar serving cask ales and a raffle. Tickets £12.50, including hot pot supper.
