For No Reason and Beats of Rage are set to adopt the city centre watering hole The Adelphi for their December 31 blow out.
The landmark bar and restaurant may seem like an odd choice of home for two of the city’s powerhouses of the dark and dingy, but this will not be the Adelphi you’re familiar with.
Sordid schemes are in place to transform the bar into a singular rave space, filled only with high end sound systems, minimal lighting and a hoard of dirty stop-outs.

From December 29, The Ferret pub in Preston has a line-up of events to keep you entertained over the festive period.
Artists Mobius Loop, Susie Jones Band, Bad Cardigan and the Bear Around Your Neck will all perform on December 29, while the following night sees Nihilism Incarnate and Nobody perform. It doesn’t end there, as The Ferret will hold a New Year’s Eve Party on December 31 until 2am.
All events are free entry, with doors opening on the 29th at 6pm, and at 8pm on the 30th and 31st.
